The local cleaning system (CIP - Cleaning In Place)
Sanitation station (CIP) is used for the complete cleaning of all machinery and piping systems of product-pipelines that come into contact with the processed medias and liquids. Ensuring proper cleaning and disinfection of production equipment is a necessity and a duty, with a direct impact on the quality of the final product.
"Clean media" are mainly - PW, WFI, clean steam
Water is the most common product in the pharmaceutical industry. As the working fluid is necessary for washing and due to its high capacitance is used in heat exchangers, and that both the supply and the absorption of heat. As regards the vapor, there are two types in the pharmaceutical industry:

"Pure steam" (Clean steam) in the pharmaceutical industry is generated from the purified water is free from volatile additives, such as amines and hydrazines. It is used for sterilization of products, maintaining the material or production equipment. When condensed steam compares whether in accordance with the parameters Pharmacopeia for injectable water quality, are called Pure Steam.
